How fast is the turnaround time for senior banners?
We pride ourselves on offering a quick turnaround time for senior banners. This is possible because we do not include an online proofing step, which would otherwise slow down the process. Typically, banners are ready for print in less than a week from picture day. We will print and deliver banners after they are paid for. No banners are printed until they are purchased.
🏫 Picture Day: School YearbookYearbook Selection Walkthrough
You can choose your preferred pose(s) right within your gallery! It's a quick and easy process, but we'll walk you through it below. When you enter your gallery, you will see the option to make your yearbook selection(s), but you are not required to do so before viewing photos or placing an order. So feel free to go at your own pace! Click the Yearbook Photos option to open a modal with instructions from your photographer, the deadline, and whether you'll be making one or two pose selections. Click Get Started to begin! After your selection, you will automatically move to the following pose selection. Repeat, then click Confirm Selection. Review your choices, then click View Photos & Shop to continue to your gallery! You can also click Change Yearbook Photos to edit your selections. A confirmation email will be waiting for you! You'll have until the selection deadline to change your pose choice. Please note that your selection indicates your preferred photos. The final image selections may be changed if needed to comply with school guidelines.
🎓 Senior BannersWhat if I don’t like the pose on the banner after it’s printed?
If you’re unhappy with the pose after the banner is printed, we offer a solution. You can pay a $30 sitting fee for us to return to the school and retake the image, along with the cost of a new banner for printing. However, if we’re already scheduled to be at the school for another sport and time allows, the sitting fee can be waived. Contact us for more details.

Yes, grommets are added at no cost to all banners for easy hanging.

Yes! Athletes get to pick their pose on picture day. We offer on-site proofing, so athletes can review their pose immediately and make changes if they’re not satisfied.
🎓 Senior BannersDo you provide online proofing of the banner?
No, we do not offer online proofing because poses cannot be changed afterward. Our on-site proofing ensures athletes are happy with their pose before the photos are finalized. There are no exceptions to this policy.
